Introduction of instructor and today’s theme
Learn about Okinawan food culture and local motifs (hibiscus, shisa, ocean, etc.)

2️⃣ Character Bento Making (90 min)
Choose your “message” and design your own creative bento
Use Okinawan ingredients to make a colorful, heartwarming lunchbox

3️⃣ Sharing Time (30 min)
Present your finished bento & take photos
Write a short message to accompany your creation
Share your feelings and stories with other participants

🍱 体験の流れ（約3時間）

① オリエンテーション（30分）
・講師紹介、今日のテーマ説明
・沖縄の食文化とモチーフ紹介（ハイビスカス・シーサー・海など）

② キャラ弁づくり体験（1時間30分）
・「伝えたい想い」をテーマに、自分だけのお弁当をデザイン
・沖縄の食材を使って、見た目も味も楽しいキャラ弁づくり

③ 想いを伝える時間（30分）
・完成したお弁当の発表・撮影タイム
・メッセージカードを添えて「ありがとう」や「好き」を伝える
・他の参加者との交流＆感想シェア
