◆こちらのウェブチケットをご購入後にお席を確保いたします。
クムクム（株）からのメールよりクレジットカードの情報を保存ください。
２回目からは毎月２５日に自動的に決済が行われます。

◆クラスごとのライングループにご招待いたします。
スケジュールなどをご確認いただき毎回のクラスにご参加ください。

◆ Your place in the class will be reserved once you have purchased the web ticket.

Please save your credit card information using the link provided in the email sent by KUMU KUMU Co., Ltd.
Starting from the second payment, your membership fee will be automatically charged on the 25th of each month.

◆ You will be invited to your class LINE group.

Please check the schedule and class updates there, and join us for each lesson.

◆キャンセルポリシー

休会、退会は前月２０日までにDMにてお知らせください。

ウェブチケットにつきまして
マイページ内の「定期お届け便履歴」からキャンセルが可能です。

対応可能期間(1)：毎月1日頃〜22日まで
定期お届け便履歴画面より、当月分の決済の「定期購入解約」ボタンをクリックし、キャンセルを行ってください。

※毎月23日〜24日まではキャンセル手続きが不可となります。

※何らかの理由で25日に実決済が行われなかった場合は、
　対応可能期間(2)の期間でも、キャンセル手数料は発生せずキャンセルを行うことができます。

※25日の決済日以降は、キャンセルできません。

◆ Cancellation Policy

If you wish to suspend or cancel your membership, please notify us via direct message (DM) by the 20th of the previous month.

Regarding Web Tickets

You can cancel your subscription from the "Subscription Delivery History" section in your My Page.

Available Cancellation Period (1): From approximately the 1st to the 22nd of each month

Please access the Subscription Delivery History page, click the "Cancel Subscription" button for the current month's payment, and complete the cancellation process.

* Cancellation procedures are not available from the 23rd to the 24th of each month.

* If, for any reason, the actual payment is not processed on the 25th, you may still cancel during Available Cancellation Period (2) without incurring any cancellation fee.

* Cancellations cannot be made after the payment date on the 25th.
