私は料理に情熱を持っており、Angel’s Kitchenを通じてフィリピンの温かい味と文化を日本の皆さんに届けたいと思っています。長年フィリピンで過ごし、その間にフィリピン料理の豊かな伝統に深く触れてきました。家族や友人と美味しい食事を囲む時間が大好きで、「本場のフィリピン料理を日本で楽しめる場所を作りたい」 という想いからAngel’s Kitchenをオープンしました。

私たちは本格的なフィリピン料理 を提供し、フィリピンの温かいおもてなしを皆さんに感じてもらいたいと思っています。

• クリスピーパタ – サクサクの皮が特徴のフィリピン風豚足の唐揚げ。特製ソースと一緒にどうぞ。
• スペアリブ – じっくりと味付けし、香ばしく焼き上げたジューシーな一品。
• カレカレ – ピーナッツ風味の濃厚なシチューに、豚揚げ(バグネット)と野菜を加えたフィリピンの伝統料理。バゴオン(エビペースト)と一緒にどうぞ。
• シシグ – 香ばしく焼いた豚肉を刻み、玉ねぎやチリと混ぜたフィリピンの人気鉄板料理。マヨネーズを加えてまろやかに仕上げています。
• パラボック – 海老ソースを絡めた米麺に、チチャロン(豚の皮のフライ)や茹で卵、レモンを添えた一品。
• ルンピア・シャンハイ – サクサクに揚げたフィリピン風春巻き。中には豚肉と野菜の具がたっぷり！
• ハロハロ – かき氷にフルーツや甘い豆、ウベアイス、レチェフラン(カスタードプリン)をトッピングしたフィリピンの代表的なデザート。

Hello! I’m [Juri Kajiwara], the heart behind Angel’s Kitchen.

Cooking has always been my passion, and through Angel’s Kitchen, I bring the warmth and flavors of Filipino cuisine to Japan. I spent many years in the Philippines, where I deeply immersed myself in the rich culinary traditions of our country. Seeing how food brings people together, I wanted to create a place where Filipinos can enjoy a taste of home while introducing Japanese and international guests to the unique flavors of the Philippines.
